People think estate agents get paid waaaay too much.
Yet they don’t see the “sales” where they work hundreds and hundreds of hours over 20 weeks and the sale falls thru the day for exchange of contracts all becuase one solicitor forgot to get one piece of paper and someone in the chain losses their 💩 and goes totally emotional and press the ‘nuuuck’ buttton
Thus they get paid absolutely nothing.
PS most employed estate agent negotiators are on minimum wage and £50/£100 commission per sale ..
