Here’s how:
• Ask: “How many of the homes you think most agents actually sell compared to what they list?”
• Explain: “If an agent lists 100 homes and 40 sell/exchange/complete, that’s a 40% success rate. Many big estate agents are in that ballpark.”
• Then hand them your results.
• Ask them to read the number aloud.
When they say:
“78%”…
You don’t need to close.
They’ve just closed themselves.
Because it’s not you telling them you’re better.
It’s their own voice saying it.
And once they’ve heard themselves say it, the decision is made.
