ESTATE AGENTS .. a question for the weekend- why are Estate Agebts so bad at reducing asking prices in November & December?

It’s not as if the valuers are as busy as they are earlier in the year ?

Why as an industry are we so poor at refreshing and renewing our stock in the last two months of the year?

Of course it’s Christmas … but even if the price reduction came in on Boxing Day (which is a busy day as we all know) that would be included in these figures )
