Why do we as humans tend to worry about stuff that is out of our control. If you can’t control it, be aware of it but worrying about it won’t change it. Worrying cant influence or change it. There is one huge thing you can change, you can influence .. and that is the things that go on between your two ears .. your thoughts, your mindset, how you deal with these things. No estate or letting agent can control the market .. the market is the market .. but how you deal with the market, the online threat, PB, over valuing is – you can influence all that. We only begin to make improvement when we stop trying to control the result.
Some Estate agents boast about having really high conversion rates of 75% to 85%. These listers consider themselves the daddy listers, the big cheese valuers, the mutts-nutts of Valuers. Other Estate Agents have really low conversion rates of 20% to 25% of the free vals / mkt appraisals they go to.
