How does you 'landlord snizzle' work?

I get three or four phone calls a day from letting agents up and down the country asking how I can help get them more landlords, and one of the first questions that everyone asks... What do you do to get landlords?

It's all about making you the Guru of property in your town by writing great info on your town's property market and getting that interesting info out to all the landlords in your town by either ...

1)doing newspaper advertorials, 

2) email newsletters about your town's property market to all the movers and shakers in your town. I show you how to get the 1000 if not 2000 email addresses of most of the local landlords in your town.

3) hand deliver those same property newsletters to every solicitor, accountant, IFA, Doctor, Dentist

4) Sending the same newsletters in paper format to home addresses of every portfolio landlord in your town (finding the home address of every portfolio landlord in your town is something that I have perfected and can offer)

5) set up a blog for landlords to visit every day. Show how to make them come back every day... Then slowly shift the blog to make landlords walk through your door .... All proved with testimonials.

Notice social media doesn't appear in this .. 40 to 70 year old middle class men (which is a typical average profile of a landlord) don't have a Twitter or Facebook account... They might have a Linkedin account but hardly anyone logs on every day.


All of this is proved to work .. the British are obsessed about property.. but mostly obsessed about the local property market.... see my Linkedin Recommendations for proof  .. They triple rental market appraisals.. They make landlords flood to your door... They helped one agent get 23 new rental listings on one month... They contributed to  one agent being able to let 105 properties within 9 months of a cold start. This stuff doesn't work straight away.. but have a bit of patience and they do work .... It's more months than weeks .. But it's been proved to work time and time again.

So how do you move this forward for yourself? One option is just read every post in this blog and just do what I suggest - you don't need to pay me. I have many emails from agents who have done just that and are starting to see the green shoots of results.
