It’s the first thing everyone asks when they find out what you do.

And yet… scroll through most agents’ social feeds and you’ll see:

✅ Just sold
✅ Meet the team
✅ Awards
✅ Office dogs (I like that though)

But barely a whisper about what’s actually happening in the property market.

Why?

Is it because you think people aren’t interested? (They are.)

Worried you’ll say the wrong thing? (Outsource it to people like Dataloft or myself)

Don’t know where to get the data? (Plenty of free sources out there.)

If we want to be seen as experts, advisers and professionals — not just listers and sellers — then surely we have to show that we understand the market and can explain it in plain English.

Not every post has to be a lecture.

But silence on the market is… telling.
