Celebrate your Exchanges In Private, Inspire in Public ??

There is nothing wrong with being proud of what you have achieved.

In fact, if you have earned £20,000, £50,000, £75,000 in a month, you absolutely should feel proud.

Estate agency is not an easy gig.
Deals fall through.
Clients ghost you.
Hours are long.
You grafted. You earned it.
But here is the uncomfortable truth:

When you hold up a certificate announcing to the world how much commission you have earned, you need to stop and ask yourself

𝗪𝗵𝗼 𝗶𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝘁 𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿?

Is it truly to inspire your colleagues?
Or is it a little pat on the back for your own ego?

Is it a tool to build your team culture?
Or is it a public shout of "Look at me!"?

The line between celebration and self-promotion is a thin one — and it is easy to cross without realising.
To your fellow agents who are struggling that month, your '£50K Club' post can feel like a slap in the face.

To your clients watching on social media, it raises an awkward question:
"Are you celebrating how much money you made off me?"

𝗧𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗺𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗮𝗴𝗲 𝘄𝗲 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝘄𝗮𝗻𝘁 𝘁𝗼 𝘀𝗲𝗻𝗱.

Recognition matters.
Celebrating wins matters.
But the best agents know that true success does not need to be shouted from the rooftops.

It is shown in quiet confidence, in lifting others up, and in always keeping the focus on the clients .. not yourself.

𝗦𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝘀𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗹𝗱 𝗯𝗲 𝗮 𝗿𝗲𝗳𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗼𝗳 𝘀𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲, 𝗻𝗼𝘁 𝗮 𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗵𝘆 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘀𝗲𝗹𝗳 𝗮𝗱𝗺𝗶𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻.

Be proud.
Celebrate … but know your audience.
You worked hard. You earned it.
But you do not need to frame it on LinkedIn for the world to clap???

Let your clients, your colleagues, and your results do the talking.

Because real leaders inspire

They do not brag.
