Why do so many employed Listers beg for the listing, drop their pants on fee, promise the world, then vanish into witness protection after the listing is signed up.

They never check in, never stay in touch, never build vendor relationships, leaving to sort the overpriced listing to the untrained neg

No wonder why only 1 in 8 of sellers use the same agent again they bought off.
