The way you build an Estate & Letting Agency in 2020 is media 1st. Old school was build the agency, then use the media to come to you. Issue is, when you open you are leaching money and its noisy world out there in social media. So I am suggesting to all new start agents that they don't start an agency first .. but first create audience ..and once that is established .. start your agency.
