"The big EA firm will talk about how many people are on their mailing list. Ask them how many of those people have viewed a home in the last fortnight."

Add this ....

" If a big agent tells you their list will sell your home, ask them how many people on that list have spoken to a negotiator in the last seven days. Then watch them change the subject"

and the sucker punch ....

"They hide behind numbers because they cannot compete on personal service."
