Every time I call out weak habits in estate agency, someone says:

"Chris, you’re being negative."

Here’s my response:

✅ Sugar coating doesn’t win instructions.
✅ Avoiding hard truths doesn’t win pipeline.
✅ Playing nice with poor habits doesn’t build market share.

If saying what needs to be said makes me negative, I’ll wear that badge proudly.

Vendors want agents who face reality.

Not agents who need hugs and their ego massaging.
