Yet the problem is, it costs something more than money to find that information, and that is time

How do you find/secure/filter the right information, whilst running a busy Estate Agency?

Yet I find it fascinating the number of estate agents say they have no time to do social media let alone any ‘working on the business stuff’ …
are the crap at delegating, doing jobs that you would only pay someone £10 an hour to do
Or spending hours a day on social media (I dare you to open up your phone settings and see how much time you spend each day on your mobile phone)
The number of estate agents I have seen go from working ‘in the business to ‘on the business and the transformation they’ve had in their business is mind-blowing.
The stuff that JP bangs on about is 100% spot-on. Put the systems and the processes into action and that will free you to work on the business
