2. Better at marketing yourself to be called out to more free Vals

Most Estate Agents chase house sellers that are putting their houses on the market in the next few weeks. The problem with that is that every other agency is chasing them and it’s very noisy place to get your message across.

And so as you haven't approved your worth - all agents appear the same and therefore the only thing that people can compare you on is your fee
