The myth that big is better in Estate Agency.
Looking at the ten biggest Estate Agents in London (by volume of listings), the range of how the agents performed is amazing.
The best Estate Agent exchanged on 58.7% of the homes that left their books in the last 12 months (meaning 41.3% left their books unsold)
The worst Estate Agent exchanged on 28.1% of the homes that left their books in the last 12 months (meaning 71.9% left their books unsold)
Such a massive difference
Both household names ... yet their performance is wildly different.
