One fresh ‘left field’ tout letter a week… Here are some of the most recent Yellow Letter - note how the envelope is charred and letter is poking through. Why? The letter says the market is on fire Red Letter - notice all the stamps! Why? The lettr inside talks about stamp duty Orange Letter - notice the letter is scrunched up. Why? Because it tells the vendor most estate agents tout letters are fit for the waste paper basket… so you have already scrunched it up. If want ‘thinking outside the box’ content to get more vendors.. maybe we should talk? Quick heads-up though… it’s not cheap, and it’s definitely not for everyone. It’ll probably push you out of your comfort zone a bit—but that’s kind of the point. Most agents I work with don’t just want to look busy—they want to own their patch and be seen as the local property expert.
