What to say:
"They have eighty branches. I have one."

"While they are busy trying to beat their other branches to win the Area Managers trophy for most listings, I am focused on helping you sell and getting you moved."

"You can be a priority. Or you can be just another number on a spreadsheet."

Tactic:

Ask the seller:

"Do you want someone who is focused on your home, or someone whose job is to hit this month’s listing target?"
