Tell me, who do you in your neighbourhood, know that is interested in moving home soon, because there are a lot of buyers looking to buy in your housing estate?”

 

It's all about giving them something of value. Sharing the local housing estate market statistics. Talk about how much house prices have risen or maybe denigrated. 

 

It’s all about getting the best info out there by knowing the local property market statistics and being the knowledge agent. Don’t forget, people will want to come to you to be the local property expert.

 

It is the job of you as an estate agent to be so well informed that you are the expert of the local property market and guide for your potential client.

 

AND DON’T FORGET - the reason of you making the calls is: “Who do you know?” not “Do you want to sell?”
