My good friend and legend of the property industry Peter Knight has launched the annual Property Academy Home Moving Trends for Vendors and Landlords
Buyers & Sellers Survey and the Home Moving Trends Surveys for Landlords and Renters is now live
The surveys are designed to deliver key insights to estate and lettings agency professionals across the board.
As always they are keen to encourage as many agents as possible to take part to make the results (which you will receive if you participate) as valuable as last year's where we had nearly 30,000 responses in total.
The research is about the choices that vendors, buyers, landlords and tenants make.
How did they find your agency?
Why did they choose your agency?
What was it like to be moved by you?
And what effect, if any, has the cost-of-living increases had on mover motivation?
The surveys are open from 9th June until 30th June so if you'd like to participate please complete the below link and you'll receive your links (specific to your agency) along with some email copy you can use to explain the process and your involvement to your clients.

All agents generating responses will receive a copy of the overall reports; agents generating more than 40 responses will receive a copy of their own findings; and those generating more than 100 responses will receive their own findings compared with the national reports.
There is no charge to take part and Property Academy do not record or pass on any personal data from those taking part in the surveys.
To incentivise your landlords, vendors, buyers and tenants, all fully completed surveys will be entered into a draw with a prize of £500 of Marks and Spencer vouchers.
They do ask for email addresses if people wish to be entered into the survey but it's optional and we only contact the one person who wins, and only in relation to their winning.
They don't store or share the email addresses with anyone.
As in previous years the initial findings will be ready to announce at the EA Masters on 21st September.
