Estate Agents are Missing 97.8% of Vendors




Everyone running an Estate Agency business needs to start obtaining and collating an audience of local homeowners and landlords somewhere.


Facebook adverts are not enough.
Leaflets are not enough.
Door knocking isn't enough.

Only 2.2% of homeowners in your town will be putting their house on the market in the next 6 months.

So many Estate Agents are spending all their time, efforts, and money on marketing to only get those 2.2%.

Yet the smart ones are also spending time, effort, and money on capturing the other 97.8% when they are ready to list their home.

The most advantageous way to do this is to have somewhere they can follow you, be that a LinkedIn profile or Facebook profile - even a Facebook group.

You see when you do that, that audience traffic is YOURS

That means for the 97.8% that won’t convert to listings now - you still own that audience traffic and will be able to get them to buy your estate agency services when they are ready.

Why?

Because when people follow YOU, they get to know YOU, then like YOU, and then finally trust YOU.

People buy from people they trust.

So how to get people to follow you and become your audience?

Simple - you need to post content for that audience.

Create content for homeowners NOT looking to sell their home, then just post that over & over again.

The function of posting is to build a relationship with vendors NOT looking to sell.

What content should I post?

Well if they aren’t looking to sell, your Rightmove pie chart won’t impress them nor will your reviews, the awards you have won, or what you have sold.

Yet they are interested in your local community and the local property market as a whole.

"But I don’t want my face plastered all over the place"

People follow people

If you want to grow your agency, getting your face out there is just the price you have to be willing to pay.

People have to know you.

So quite frankly, you really have to get over that 💩 now.
