Estate Agents are Missing 97.8% of Vendors

Everyone running an Estate Agency business needs to start obtaining and collating an audience of local homeowners and landlords somewhere. Facebook adverts are not enough. Leaflets are not enough. Door knocking isn't enough. Only 2.2% of homeowners in your town will be putting their house on the market in the next 6 months.
