PS if we look at the top 25 it makes even sorrier reading for the corporates as their figure drops to the mid / late 40%’s 😳

PPS I am not getting at the colleagues who work for some of these chains. You are working from a model and commission structure that makes this happen. The model is broken, you aren't.
