We’ve let greed, vanity, ego, KPIs and laziness replace honesty, effort, and care.
This isn’t a broken system.
It’s a rigged one.
And unless we tear it down, and rebuild it, one vendor at a time, we deserve every ounce of the reputation we’ve earned.
