Yet too many self employed agents are out there flogging the dream to others before they have even proven it themselves.

I have no issue agents recruiting other agents to their downline and earning money from it - in fact - I think it’s a brilliant idea.
My issue is the way most (thank god not all) go about it. Most of you are like hawkers and market stall traders in Marrakech
