One fresh โ€˜left fieldโ€™/ โ€˜think outside the boxโ€™ tout letter a weekโ€ฆ

Here are some of the most recent

Yellow Letter - note how the envelope is charred and letter is poking through. Why? The letter says the market is on fire

Red Letter - notice all the stamps! Why? The lettr inside talks about stamp duty

Orange Letter - notice the letter is scrunched up. Why? Because it tells the vendor most estate agents tout letters are fit for the waste paper basketโ€ฆ so you have already scrunched it up.
