Only those people with something interesting to say get an opportunity to sit on the Watkinsofa.

You don't a get a slot on the sofa because you think you deserve it.

You can't pay to go on the sofa, you have to earn it.

You don't earn it because of your job role, position, sex, creed, nationality or whatever.

You earn it through creation and impact, not through entitlement.

You need have to have a story to tell, a story that other agents will benefit and learn from

You also have to have an opinion on things that matter to other agents

How do you do that?

1. Create relentless content on social media that other agents engage with.

Because if you have a voice and opinion that other agents like/dislike and engage with, then I know your voice will interesting on the sofa. Yet I appreciate some of you don't/can't/won't create compelling, intriguing content on social media.

So there is second option.

2. If someone close me, that I trust, someone prepared to put their neck on the line and advocate someone else, RINGS me up and says, 'You need to talk to (insert name) Chris, they are fascinating because...'
