2๏ธโƒฃ Assuming theyโ€™re not interested in development, when in reality, they crave mentorship and clear paths to success.
3๏ธโƒฃ Failing to create a workplace in your estate agency where they feel challenged, valued, and part of something bigger than a salary line on their bank statement.

Gen Z thrives on:

โœ”๏ธ Meaningful workโ€”show them how estate agency can change lives, not just move houses.
โœ”๏ธ Empowermentโ€”create a partnership, not a hierarchy.

Final thought: If your Gen Z staff see estate agency as a temporary gig, the problem isnโ€™t them. Itโ€™s YOU.
