An unsold home is more than just a “withdrawn listing” on a spreadsheet.
It’s a broken promise.
A missed opportunity.
A family stuck in limbo.
Too often, estate agents move on to the next listing like it’s just another number.
But behind every “unsold” is someone who made plans. Hoped. Trusted you.
If we’re honest, most sellers don’t care how many homes you’ve listed.
They care whether you can help them move.
So instead of chasing volume, maybe we should be asking ourselves:
How many people did we genuinely help move last month?
How many are still waiting?
And how many just gave up?
Estate agency isn’t about how many keys we collect.
It’s about how many doors we help open.
