TOUTING LETTERS.

These 3 letters are by a country mile the most powerful tout letters I have come across.

The orange one has the letter scrunched up and put into the envelope with a twist in the text that makes people laugh, then call you

The yellow one has the envelope burnt and talks about the local property market โ€˜on fireโ€™, with a smart call to action.

The red one, full of stamps, talks about stamp duty, again with an eyebrow raising call to action

If you want โ€˜thinking outside the boxโ€™ estate agency marketing - maybe we should chat?

If not, you stop with your vanilla boring letters.
