Still 5% up YTD on 2024 and 8% up on 2017–2019 levels.
✅ Price Reductions:
27.4k price cuts this week
Now 14% of stock being reduced monthly (vs 10.6% long-term average)
✅ Sales Agreed:
28.1k homes went SSTC this week
8% up YTD on 2024, 16% up on 2017–2019.
✅ Sell-Through Rate (May):
16.1% of stock sold in May (vs 15.36% in April)
Still behind the 8-year average of 17.9%
✅ Fall-Throughs:
6,421 fall-thrus last week (22.8% of gross sales)
That’s below the 7-year average and miles better than the post-Truss chaos
✅ Net Sales:
21.7k homes net sold this week
2025 YTD: 6% up on last year, 11.4% above 2017–2019
✅ Rental :
£1,811 pcm 2025 UK average rent YTD (£1,814pcm - 2024 average)
524k UK homes come up for rent YTD (521k YTD in 2024)
