There's uncertainty around what a content strategy is with Letting Agents
I saw somebody say it as ‘SEO keyword research and insights for blog posts out into an editorial calendar’
Sorry, I disagree
A content strategy for a letting agent outlines how you as an agent are going to:
✅ Write/produce/craft/film the right content at scale for your agency
✅ Distribute that content
✅ Work out its effectiveness
Of course, your content strategy could include SEO blogs and it probably should have a calendar
Yet it might not.
The point is to make friggin’ amazing valuable content that your potential clients will find amazing and they will be attracted to you.

Ps talking about what you have let, your testimonials, the awards you have won isn’t valuable to the potential landlord.
