Why do so many estate agents spend so much time and money trying to attract new clients when If all they did was keep in contact with a ‘stay in touch policy’, they would have as many clients as They could possibly want.
Of course, you’re going to say, ‘Christopher but they might not be moving for two or three or four or even 10 years and I need the clients now’
Yet half of the properties that are sold since lockdown I’ve only been in the house six years and 18 weeks or less
Just Think if you’ve been in contact with the people that bought those houses from you in 2018 and 2019.. You would’ve sold more houses in 2020 2021 and 2022
By keeping in contact with buyers (and vendors) after the deal is done
Now would mean you are profitable in the future.
