So as an Estate Agents, you must consider your marketing against the needs of the people you serve.

As estate agents, your clients are homeowners and you want to help them sell their homes.

And you have so many factors to consider when marketing to this specific audience: your neighborhood, the local property market, and specific home-selling challenges.

Estate agents need to focus on the important things for their audience and skip some of the less important issues that will only confuse people.

The not-so-important stuff…

❌ your listings- they can go to Rightmove for those
❌ 🍆 waving posts on your market share - you only post that for your ego and to get one over the competition
❌ pics of houses saying you have exchanged- again all you are celebrating is being paid

Important Stuff …

✅ talking about the problems that homeowners have - and the solutions (eg why not post that extending the whole term of the mortgage will vastly decrease the monthly mortgage payments
✅ produce local reports on your local property market- talk about what things are selling for , whether prices are up or down
✅ talk about your locality
