The imbalance of the 2022 UK Property Market? The average original asking price of 948,470 properties sold STC in the UK since Jan 1st has been £363,011. Yet, the average asking of the 1,372,548 new listings since Jan 1st has been £418,320. Something tells me there is an imbalance of what is coming on the market and what is actually selling. Thoughts?
