3. Most estate agents forget it’s people first, property second.

We get buried in instructions, price reductions, sales chasing.......
And forget the human standing in front of us.
That seller going cold on you?
Maybe they’re dealing with a divorce.
That buyer dithering?
Maybe they’re terrified of making the wrong move.
Everyone’s carrying something you can’t see.
