28,055 UK home sales were agreed last week – the highest weekly figure in 145 weeks, since May 2022.

It’s a clear sign the property market is strong and buyers are active.

That said, only 54% of homes that come onto the market are currently ending up sold and completed – so while it’s great  news, realistic pricing is still absolutely key.
