Is building a social media audience, community, or distribution channel worth the hard work and patience as an Estate Agent?

The issue is content creation really does seem like a full-time, 24-7 investment of time and effort.

Your mind is always looking for new ideas to serve up to your audience.

It’s bloody hard work and it can seem to be a full-time commitment - yet need not be!

It’s truly insane the growth you will experience when you dedicate 3% to 5% of your life to building leverage on the internet.

You have to do it every single bloody day, day after day, week after week, month after month, year after year… it never stops.

And the results take not weeks, not months, but years to start to flow.

It’s slow to start with, yet once the flywheel is going ... BOOM 💥

I would start with the end goal in mind & work backward.

Irrespective of the business that will eventually flow from your efforts (which is a great end goal), also having an audience really does enhance so many different areas of my life.

The opportunities are huge, the network of people I have networked with and the doors it opens are sublime.

It does take hard work and patience - yet enjoy the process and the rewards will come.
