The goal of every Estate Agent should be to build a bridge between the vendor & themselves.
Yet too many Listers tell vendors about the architect of the bridge, the materials of the bridge, the amazing benefits of their bridge over other bridges, and finally, why the vendor should choose to walk across their bridge, instead of other bridges.
Yet if the vendor cant step back and see the bridge for themselves… it doesn’t matter how good your bridge is .. they still won't get ’it’.
