Then looking at Q1 and Q2 combined, even if you take into account the huge March 2021 numbers .. for the first 6 months of the year (ie Q1 and Q2), excluding 2020, more properties sold in Q1 and Q2 in 2014, 2015, 2016,2017, 2018 and 2019 than 2021
