The inbuilt pressure when letting and estate agents market
themselves, is that those letting and estate agents always want to talk about
themselves and what their services can do. Landlords and potential Vendors,
meanwhile, only want to know only what those agency services can do for them. Instead
of taking about yourself, your agency, what you have sold, how big your agency
is, how you have smashed your target, how bloody wonderful you are, why not
talk about stuff that excites, interests, entertains or educates those potential
landlords/house sellers, by writing stuff that will interest the said landlord or
potential property seller. By creating content as a foundation of your
marketing allows you to truly place yourself in your potential landlords or potential house sellers'
shoes, to adopt their view points, and to consider their thoughts, beliefs,
worries, wants and needs.
Have a great Bank Holiday!
