ESTATE AGENTS - its your lack of CREDIBILITY that is holding you back from BREAKING THROUGH and DOMINATING your TOWN'S PROPERTY MARKET ... Most Estate Agents and Listers still rely on pushing their services, with facts and figures and finally, their fee with their marketing. Yet, these agents finding that their marketing doesn't work, as prospective house sellers they worked so hard to engage - don't engage with the marketing.
Yet the best companies in the world use the power of stories. Stories are a lot more persuasive than straight-forward facts & more people know fiction than fact. Can you name any of the 12 UK Judges in the Supreme Court? I would guess 0.01% of Uk people could, yet pretty much everyone knows the story of Robin Hood and can name at least 4/5 characters.
That same strategy can and should be applied to your estate agency. By creating your story and then using that to make people remember you and want to buy what you’re selling. Sell your story rather than your agency services and FV's & listings will follow.
Selling through your story your agency is the No.1 key to being successful.
