You need a story worth telling, one that other agents can learn from.

You also need an opinion that matters.

So, how do you earn that seat?

1. Create relentless content yourself on social media or create insightful comments on other people's content that other agents engage with.

If your posts / comments spark reaction, debate or inspiration, I know your voice will bring something valuable to the Sofa.

But I get it, not everyone can or wants to create regular content (or even reply to others).

So there’s another way.

2. Be recommended.

If someone I trust picks up the phone and says,

“Chris, you need to talk to [name]. They’re fascinating because…”

then I’ll listen.
